This programme isn’t about competition - it’s about connection, movement, and support. Availability on both days now available!

EVERY TUESDAY
Our peer groups and social events provide a safe space for men to connect, talk, and support one another. Topics range from mental health to healthy lifestyle choices. These gatherings combat isolation and create strong support networks that can significantly improve wellbeing.

EVERY WEDNESDAY
Our Bootcamp Therapy is not just about beating the January blues together - it uses movement, connection, and structure to start the year feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded. Block 1 (6 weeks is now full) Register your interest for Block 2 starting from 18th February 2026).
